Is Social Media Bad for Business?
A recent article on AMEX’s Open Forum brought up the questions, “Is social media bad for business?”. I think the question is valid. Some people in business are saying they are losing productivity to social media. But is social media the issue or is the understanding of the most effective way to use it the issue?
